Introduction to Mandalas and Mindfulness

Come learn about the basics of mandala making as a mindfulness practice and the mental health benefits of combining art and mindfulness. Participants will create a mandala and learn more about starting a creative mindfulness practice at home. All supplies and equipment provided. Ages 15-adult. 

Our Mindfulness and Mandala Series will help you get your week started off right! Join board certified art therapist and emotional wellness coach Mary How, MA, ATR-BC, as she leads participants in mindful mandala making. Each week participants will be given a mindfulness tips and mandala making experiences to provide you with inspiration and focus throughout your week. Join one session or attend them all. No art experience necessary.
