Hand Building With Clay

Creating with a flat slab of clay is one of the most versatile techniques, applicable to beginning through intermediate clay artists. In this workshop there will be possibilities for using slabs to make a variety of pieces from decorative tiles, to serving pieces, bowls, cups and pitchers, including decorative elements by adding or subtracting clay. Join us the following week to add color to the fired pieces using a wide range of methods.
