Virtual Art Class: Geological Primer

Artist Sara Schneckloth facilitates a 2.5 hour mixed-media drawing project, providing material demonstrations, examples, and prompts. Students will draw in a way that is open, exploratory, and accessible to all, regardless of prior experience. Not a paint-by-number situation, everyone comes away with a series of several small unique works and plenty of art supplies to keep going.
Participants will receive a package in the mail with wet and dry drawing supplies, a range of papers, and assorted extras. We’ll meet via Zoom, and the session is best experienced on a laptop or computer monitor with a large screen and webcam. Please download the free Zoom host onto your computer (www.zoom.us) prior to getting together. Zoom link will be sent out following registration.
Class runtime: 10:00 am-12:30 pm, with a built-in 10-minute break.
