In this class, students will enamel a pendent or keychain by applying powdered glass onto metal and firing in a kiln. Perfect for last-minute Valentine's Day presents! All supplies and equipment are provided, ages 15-adult. Taught by Allison Cicero Moore. Moore is an artist, jeweler, and educator. Her work utilizes traditional drawing and contemporary metalworking techniques to reinterpret and re-create heirloom jewelry pieces. Cicero Moore teaches studio art and art appreciation classes in higher education throughout the Columbia area and has served as an artist-in-residence with Richland Library and Stormwater Studios.
